Catfish Cookbook Giveaway a Success!

With the end of August comes the end of National Catfish Month — and the end of The Catfish Institute's cookbook giveaway, which was a huge success!

TCI received nearly 35,000 requests for free copies of the Fresh Ideas for U.S. Catfish cookbook, which was publicized nationally through print and online media.  Although supplies were limited, we are working now to ship printed copies of the book to the first 5,000 entries.  All other requests will be filled in the form of a digital (PDF) copy of the book, which will be delivered via email in the coming weeks.
