All-American Jalapeno & Honey BBQ Catfish

2 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish Fillets
1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons Chef Ivo’s Fin & Fish Seasoning* per Catfish Fillet
1/2Fresh Lemon per fillet
2 oz. Jalapeno & Honey BBQ Sauce*

  1. Put the fresh Catfish in a shallow dish and squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon over each fillet.
  2. Sprinkle the Catfish Fillets with the Fin & Fish Seasoning.
  3. Place the Catfish Fillets on a preheated and well oiled grill – skin side up for approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Then turn over, and grill 2 to 3 minutes more until the fish flakes easily.
  4. Transfer the Catfish to a serving plate and spoon over 2 oz. warmed Jalapeno & Honey BBQ Sauce.
