Bass Pro Shops Goes All-American with U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish

The Bass Pro Shops family of restaurants, including the popular Islamorada Fish Company and White River Fish House restaurants, have announced a partnership with The Catfish Institute (TCI) along with a commitment to serve only U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish.

"We value our customers and want to protect their health and welfare as well as give them a dining experience that keeps them coming back," stated Director of Food Services Michael Flanagan. "We know that this catfish is the safest, freshest, healthiest, best-tasting fish available to serve our customers. This fall, both restaurants will be offering three new signature catfish dishes on their menus to help celebrate their partnership with TCI. Blackened Catfish with Shrimp Etouffee, Cornmeal Crusted Catfish Sandwich with Spicy Firecracker Sauce, and Crabmeat-Cornbread Stuffed Catfish with Country Gravy.
