Cajun Blackening Rub

Ingredients
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
3/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon kosher salt
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Use as directed in a recipe; can be stored in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
