Grilled Citrus Rosemary Catfish
For the catfish:
4 - U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish Fillets
1 teaspoon Chef Ivo’s Fin & Fish Seasoning * per catfish fillet
½ Fresh Lemon per fillet
For the Sauce:
4 oz. Citrus Rosemary Grilling Sauce *
Directions
1. Take fresh catfish in a shallow dish and squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon over each. Let sit for 5 minutes.
2. Sprinkle catfish fillets with Fin & Fish Seasoning.
3. Place catfish fillets on preheated grill - skin side up for approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Then turn over, grill 2 to 3 minutes more until fish flakes easily.
4. Transfer catfish to serving plate and spoon over approximately 1 ounce warmed Citrus Rosemary Grilling Sauce.
