Spicy Catfish Strips with Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce
2 U.S. Farm Raised Catfish Fillets cut into 1 inch strips
2 oz. Vidalia Onion & Peach Hot Sauce *
1/2 cup Fisherman’s Choice Breading *
1-1/2 Tablespoons Blasting Powder Seasoning *
1-1/2 to 2 cups Frying oil
4 oz. Thai Peanut Sauce *
1. Mix Fisherman’s Choice Breading with Blasting Powder. Moisten the catfish strips with the hot sauce, and roll in the breading shaking the extra off.
2. In a large skillet, heat the oil and fry the catfish strips until golden brown (approximately 4 minutes turning once).
3. Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels. Place on a serving dish with Thai Peanut Sauce for dipping.
