Tabasco Chipotle Grilling Sauce

shrimp, scallops, salmon, or any fatty fish

chicken, turkey, game hen, duck

beef, lamb, pork

Timing Prep Time:
5 minutes

Makes about 3/4 cup

Ingredients
1/4 cup Tabasco® Chipotle pepper sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon toasted ground cumin

Directions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients to combine. Serve at room temperature.
  2. Use as directed in a recipe; can be stored in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Bring back to room temperature before serving.
