Lemon Pepper Parchment Catfish

You can make these seasoned parchment papers with any spices you like. Store them in a resealable bag. Great for camping and RV use with easy cleanup.

What you’ll need:

  • 2 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish fillets
  • 2 parchment squares about 10 x 10 inches, folded in half
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • Cooking spray

How to prepare:

Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray. Season the parchment with 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning, making sure to coat evenly.

Lightly spray the parchment again. Place the catfish fillet on one side of the parchment, and fold the paper over.

Preheat a pan on medium low for 2 minutes. Add the parchment-wrapped fish to the hot skillet, and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the fish, and cook another 7 minutes. Serve immediately.
